Cooking…like we are at home! Eating primarily plant-based foods, such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains and legumes. Here in Crete, we only cook our foods with extra virgin olive oil from our own production. This experience gained over many centuries led to an interesting culinary tradition that made the most of the resources of the land. The traditional diet of the Cretans is our true wealth.
